To start a return, you can contact us at CustomerSupport@BigOceanSport.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges- Within 30 days of the original delivery date, for any reason, you would want to exchange an item for another, we're happy to accommodate your request. An exchange item will only be accepted in an unused condition with original tags attached and sent back in its original packaging. Please email us and a shipping label will be provided free of charge.
Returns- Within 30 days of the original delivery date, If you are unhappy with a perfectly good and unused item and want to return it, please email us and a shipping label will be provided at your cost. A returned item will only be accepted in an unused condition with original tags attached and sent back in its original packaging. Once returned, the item will be inspected by our team. When it is deemed suitable to be restocked, we will credit the original form of payment minus the return shipping cost.
Defects- Within 90 days of the original delivery date, any customer returning an item because of a manufacturing defect will have the choice to exchange it for another item or to receive a full credit refund to the original form of payment. The returned item will need to pass an inspection to determine whether there is in fact a manufacturing defect or signs of misuse.
